Privateer 2 Question

i'm not sure if this is the right forum to ask this but i'll ask anyway. in privateer 2, the manuals say the bse or bse II can be used 4 times. does this mean 4 times total, so u have to buy a new one when u land if u use it 4 times. or does it mean 4 times per flight until u land then it recharges and u can use it again?

You definitely don't have to buy a new one.

The thing about it being only worth four uses per flight is new to me. Though I have never used the BSE extensively because I think it sucks and paralyzed targets are almost harder to hit than normally flying ones.
