Playstation Wing Commander Help

Is it possible to view Playstation Video Files on your PC. I want to view the Videos to Wing Commander III and IV (They're .lib files)

Can anyone help me with this Problem?

The files section has several of them, so it is therefore theoretically possible, but I don't know how.

Well there are several programs that allow you to extract most of the videos from PS games....but....the WC movies are another thing...they dont opes even with these kind of programs.Their formats are a lot different than the other PS games

So, should I look for a program that opens .lib files then?
