I know you asked me not to call you Mr. Panties, but it is now your nickname for life!!! Anyway that was a truely funny post, and I must agree that my hampster has the best chance of having those files, or perhaps the Good NUETELLA
 
why not rent the movie and hook up your VCR to your computer? I do a lot of MIDI/software based music and that's how I get my samples(it also helps if you have a solid sound editor also, to get rid of any ambient noise)...

I found four Sailor Moon sound effects MP3s on Napster...but they hold very little value. :-)
