while were talking about ships......On blairs cap in WCMovie, it says CSS Tiger Claw. Why does it not sat TCS?

1) Because those hats were stupid

2) They for some odd reason said "Hey, let's totally disregard anything that has been established in WC and screw everything up"

Disregard? The term CSS is first used in Wing Commander 1 (the CSS Suffolk) -- Confederate StarShip. I *believe* it's a reference to the designation Confederate ships had during the Civil War...

And the patch isn't just on the hats -- it's all over the place.

And now I have one of those hats!

Fear my l33t hat!

It was called the TCS Tiger Claw at the beginning of the movie, when it was first identified at the bottom of the screen.

Maybe it's an old ship. But yea, that patch was all over the place. I saw it on several things on ebay today.

TCS Tiger's Claw.

I vaguely remember that CSS designation, where exactly was that? And what civil war?

Hi,

The civil war being referred to would be the one between the U.S & Confederate states of America.

Cheers

I need some names for the SD i am in. i allready got the lists but i want some made up ones.
1.Kilrahi personell names. for officers and the like
2.Kilrathi ship names
(...)

Here you go (of course I was inspired partly by other sci-fi games)

Kilrathi first names (just add any Clan you want): Dahlak, Azrha, Eraskh, Darrh'al as male names. Female names: Kara, Shta, Alia'dai

Kilrathi ship names: Naka'ret, Ge'krosh, Ne'tal, Rachakh, D'korha, Kangh, Toor'vaas, Illur, Ra'kesh, Bakhar, Vikhahra, Aver'kahn, Dhra'ghan, Lor-khatan, Ar'kharak, Hhi'jahk

Of course, when I made these names up, I tried to make them sound Kilrathi, when pronounced in German. but with some changes they could work fine in English too, I think.
If you want some more, just say it.

Shotglass talks about the CSS Suffolk destroying a Kilrathi comm station.

And what civil war?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Ooooh, I'm a sad sad person.

...

Toor'vaas was a Light Destroyer from WC3 -- it isn't a new name. :)

ooo0ps. i used the name for a cruiser i designed myself so i thought i invented it too. but now i remember...

One of my friends has one of those "radio" keyboards (or whatever they're called). So, he can type on his computer from across the room (further, actually). Of course, they're probably more expensive.

I don't knnow. I don't trust things without cables attached to it :)
With those cordless things I always fear that the battery will be used up in the most inconvenient moment. ;)
