Marine Strategy Games

Were there any marine strategy game that people tried to make? Like a mod for age of empires or starcraft.

What? I don't see how the word "marine" fits into your question at all. If you're going to start a thread, try to make your initial post at least as long as your signature. Are you asking if anyone ever made Wing Commander mods for any real time strategy games? People started to work on Star Trek Armada, Homeworld and Starcraft sort of.

I think he is asking is there are any ground based RTS WC games out there. The answer is no. The WC: Invasion Mod is the only one I has played and it has some marine combat (you can transport members form your ship on to another and Capture it.)

It would be neat to see a ground based RTS for Wing Commander.
