Where in the blue blazes are those things? I've been searching forever for them. I've tried every place you could land, so I assume I must do a favor for someone to get them. Does anyone know how and where? Thanks in advance.
 
If you're talking about the weapon I think you're talking about, then you need to do some rescue missions. Eventually, one of them will end with the guy you saved inviting you down to the local bar. You'll talk to him, and he'll give you one of the guns. From that point on, you should be able to purchase them.
 
Make sure you're set to receive distress calls. You need to complete the Ralph McCloud mission.
 
I actually think that since Ralph McCloud is one of the side-plots with FMV and all, you'll get it even if your distress call receiver is off. But it won't hurt to turn it on in this case. You have one chance to save him or else the Kraven IV's will not be available in the game.
 
One more thing I just came across...I can't seem to get to Interplanetary Aid on Anhur.
 
IIRC, there's some sort of bug that sometimes pops up and prevents you from visiting the guy on Anhur. Had it occur myself the first time I played the game. Unfortunately, I can't for the life of me remember what caused it.
 
Yep, looking up info does nothing to correct the bug. I had to restart and give up my modded Icarus; gRrAhAaaaaaHHH!!
 
There were multiple things you had to look up before it would allow you to visit the place.
