actually, it's not illegal. by law if you can't buy a program _anywhere_ by _any_means_, it's considered trash/abandoned.

Some of the games can be found in stores, you just have to look in the right places. I saw Privateer, Prophecy Gold, and WC Deluxe in a store near me.

i tried downloading that once. it didn't work. i think it only contains the patches to allow the games to run in win 9x

Actually (just cause I feel like spouting out useless info) it isn't the full KS, WC3 was ripped from the file.

More useless info...that site also has countless games that you cannot get anywhere anymore. You should check it out if you have time, some of the games are fairly new and some are over 15 years old!
