Kilrathi Privateer

Is there any record on the WCU about a Kilrathi Privateer? Not a Kilrathi Pirate, but Kilrathi Privateers, operating either on Confed or Kilrah (there were Kilrathi that were citizens of the confederation, after all).

its only an emporium, but you see "people" from other races there, including kilrathi
there is mention of "bandit caste" or something like that, which would be kats who didnt care abou the emperor or their caste order, so I would guess, yes kat privateers. same that mentions the humans are taking stained glass thingy that kat privateers like to buy

also, I believe in the same book, it mentions of a privateer ship, which they call Viking
its apparently the kilrathi version of a orion or something like that, but has space for some passagers, in that case, raiders
