In WCIII did you choose Flint or Rachel or both one at a time?

I played both versions of having Blair end up with Flint and then Rachel. I was impressed and liked how that there was the element of romance included in WCIII.

I like the third option where Blair sulks back to Earth all alone... so sad.

I always go with Rachel. I'd rather have a down to earth mechanic than a self-absorbed, self important priss any day. (I might have been swayed by being an enlisted technician in real life). Besides, who wouldn't want to 'go round' with Ginger Lynn Allen?

I've tried both ways, but from a pure gameplay perspective, Flint is the more useful, since you can select your own fighter and loadouts, but you are growing short on wingmen after you lose Cobra and Hobbes (and Vaquero as well if you chose to pursue Hobbes). Without Flint, you may find yourself down to only Maniac, Vagabond, and Flash (if you even bothered to recruit him).

Obviously I tried both to see what will happen, but personally I largely prefer Rachel. For me she was jus so much more likeable then Flint that I fully understand she was the official choice.

Flint. Rachel was nice enough but I couldn't relate to her.

I fully agree with the first part. While I found Flint more attractive, I thought she was really not a likeable person...arrogant and insolent. Rachel at least was nice to Blair.
