How can I export IFF File from WC3 to WC4 ??

How can I export Excalibur (Tachyon Gun/Reaper Gun) from WC3 to WC4 ??
and edit EXCAL.IFF to make this ship invisible (Cloak Device) like Black Lance Dragon ??

Yes, I know you can hex edit GAMEFLOW.TRE in WC4 and fly other SHIPS ;-)
Like Razor Pirate etc. ;P
But not always example mission when is only choose Vindicator or Peleus Missions.
Probably program load other SHIP IFF File ??

And one more question...
How can I fly Excalibur in other missions in WC3 with Cloak Device (like Kilrathi Strakha) but without T-Bomb ??
I change WC3.EXE name ships to load EXCAL.IFF but when I change gun the game crash and I see this text:

Unkown weapon ID sent in from gameflow ladout: 1162893652.
or
when I choose ARROW I see this:
Gun hardpoints do not match weapon load-out display

I try extract game files with this program:

Are you using dos wc3 or the kilrathi saga version (windows)
I seem to recall a conversersation on here many years back about how the cloak could only be used on the excalibur, and various other constraints (only once, possibly only on that mission etc). Not sure though.

What version of windows etc are you running in? are you using dosbox to run the extractor (the more i know, the better my chances of helping!)

I have DOS WC3, DOS WC4 and WC4 Double Side DVD Version (Windows).

On my old computer (without Sound Card ;/ ) I have DOS (something unofficial new version read/write FAT32 with LFN and NTFS only read)

On new computer with Win XP I use DosBox 0.74 to run WC3 and WC4 with Sound ;-)

I use HxD Hex Editor to change ships in WC4 GAMEFLOW.TRE, but I haven't idea how to change ship in WC3 ??

I try modify WC3.EXE to load EXCAL.IFF , but game still crashing
