The Rigakh, according to SO1, is a cruiser of some kind. All we know about it is that it carries weaponry for planetary bombardment.
As for the Hha'ifra, we really know nothing about it. It seems pretty fast and manoeuvrable in the WC2 cutscenes, and the hole in the front is presumably a flight deck. But other than that, we know nothing.

Oh, was it? Heh, been a while since I've played it. Ah, I still say they decided to tone things down a little and not have a repeat performance from SM1.

Perhaps there’s a bit more stuff on the WC2 ending.
