Your 3D illustration looks very good.
Perhaps because of the offset position of the spaceships, the Falcon still looks a bit too small compared to the cockpits.
The people should be able to stand identically in both cockpits.
I tested your tip to scale the spaceships via the cockpit. I used the pilot's chair of my Tarsus as a reference. My Tarsus is about 34 cm long and 10 cm wide. The Galaxy would be something with 60cm length and 40cm width. But that was just a very simple rough calculation.
Perhaps you could conjure up a Tarsus as further inspiration for us?
