FYI: WC4 DVD and Sigma Designs new Xcard

I sent Sigma Designs an email asking if their new Xcard would play WC4 DVD.

I have a Creative Labs Dxr3 card. I am thinking of replacing it with your new Xcard. Will it play CL's Wing Commander 4 DVD game? As you know the Dxr3 and Hollywood Plus cards are the same card. WC4 does play on both card. I believe the issue for WC4 is the MCI extension. I am fraid but WC4 is the only reason I have a DVD decoder card.

For MCI, the Xcard is similar to Hollywood Plus. However, the Xcard plays MPEG in full screen only. If this feature does not affect WC 4, then it
should play OK.

It's sounds like it will play it. Has anyone bought this card yet?

Oh' by the way I sent the email to their Tech Support depart. And they replied back.
