french WC movie opinions

Sam Neil- Dr. Grant anyone? The original JP... hello! main charactor! But I did think that their other choices of casting suck. I wish Malcolm would come back! but I think Jeff Goldblum didn't want to be type-casted or something like that...

They are just milking the money cow with a third JP movie. The first was good, the second was ok, this one though, is bound to suck.

I too think that they should have left it at "The Lost World", and be done with it. But they're in business to make money, and that's what JPIII will do, if it's good or bad. The same with "Star Trek", and the rumor about the next series being with the original Enterprise before Kirk took command, it will sell, but they'll manage to mess up the entire Star Trek Universe with it :(

Actually, I think this new Trek sounds far cooler than Voyager... especially with Sam Beckett as the captain;)!

but there will be so many contradictions the whole universe/continuum won't make any sense after it's all over... :(

uuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhhhh, HEATHEN!!! or not, but Star Trek AND Jurassic Park are both cool universes. Jurassic Park being a slightly more realistic one :)

Keep in mind I said SLIGHTLY :)

EH EH... I bet you also watched (beyond most probably in the US, of course) CODE QUANTUM on M6 a couple of times, during your stay in France...

I loved that series... Al and Sam were really touching characters... :)

BTW, is the original name the same as the French name, "Code Quantum"?

Oh... "Quantum Leap"... that's the name? Sounds pretty cool... well in French it's "Code Quantum"... :)

But it's over, right? :(

The last episode was the one where Sam ends up in a bar, Al doesn't find him until later, while Sam meets this mysterious bartender who seems to know so much about his life...
He even sees Ziggy as a miner...

And he has to save Al's weddinng...

Is that one the last?

Well... the pilot was *sort-of* a movie... a long episode rather... but they broadcast it at prime time in France, like 20:30... :)

But yes, a movie would be very welcome!!

I don't know what they could do with other than make it a REALLY long episode though, being that "Sam NEVER made it home". But in a show about time travel, anything's possible, right?

And quiet, Ladiesman^. Don't make statements unless you know what you're talking about.

In the intrest of not starting a holy war (bad pun, sorry) I won't mention another thing about it. But just because you don't agree with what I say doesn't mean I don't know what i'm talking about....
