Flight Of The Excalibur pic

it is, as Maniac II put it, a damn fine picture. I too have it set as my desktop wall paper, which is a big change from my UFP (yes i also like ST) wallpaper which i've had for maybe 3 years.
 
I love ST.... any of you guys watching the new "Enterprise" series, i think it pretty awsome! :D

My fav. characters are Trip and Reed, Trip cause he's cool, Reed 'cuz he has the best job!!!:D
 
The one good thing I can say about Win XP is that it has a nice system for setting up themes on your own. I have one set around the Excalibur pic as well as one built around the Vampire Test Flight pic that Wu did awhile back. The colors and screen saver reflect that. I also have a cool Reaver theme but I had to create all the backgrounds and such on my own.
 
i would so love to have a WC desktop theme....but so far only the wallpaper is WC.....

BTW TCSTigersClaw, its Star Trek: The NEXT Generation.
And you cant say that everything ST sucks, I do recall a WC mod for a ST game a while ago

As Filler and I mentioned in another thread, the mod you speak of is Wing Commander: Invasion, and it can be downloaded here.
 
Wildweasel, I'm Enterprise from ye olde Invasion forums, i was letting others know of it. Sure i dont think i saw the other thread when i posted this....

Well, yes it Next Generation ,you are right.Well,I said that I dont like them.For me they all suck ! But thats my opinion.....I just don like them :p

Negative,

The Excalibur is approximately 105 feet long (104.992') to be exact). Even me at 6 feet tall, it would be almost 17.5 times my length (17.4986666...) if I were lying flat on the ground.

The F-15 in comparison would be 10.66666.... times my length if I was lying flat on the floor.

WC Fighters are big!
