well as you know I asked who would make a good captain.

you responded with great ideas, now I need you to come up with a good XO to go with either of these two captains:

1. Micheal Ironside
2. Rutger Hauer

remeber an XO has to compliment his captain's abilities and strengthen his weaknesses!

Well, you'd need someone softer-toned than Ironside, who's just a commanding person, or Hauer, who's just really intense.

Best X.O. for Hauer: Paul Rubens (come on, you guys have seen Buffy, The Vampire Slayer!) and for Ironside: Alan Rickman. I dunno, the first name that popped into my head.

Best radio controller: Jason Lee (the guy in my sig).

I always like Micheal Ironside. But it would be much better to find a new face that could act.

Someone like Damian Lewis as Richard Winters who has made a really good XO and CO on Band of Brothers. Also, Neal McDonough as Lynn Compton isn't bad either. Too bad his only real purpose in First Contact was getting assimilated.
