I've been cruising round the clarke sector for ever and I can't find this governer dude...can you guys help me out? Also, I think i'm supposed to join some exploratory guild thing at this point in the story, where do i sign up? I went to the sector where i thought i was suposed to go, but...

I'm kinda embarased for asking this, but are there any cheat codes for this game? I'm REALLY stuck and I don't wana start back at the begining.
