    Audio file extraction

And GAP is also extremely useful for extracting nearly every speech file from Strike Commander, if there are any Strike Commander fans out there. Be warned though, there are literally thousands of voc files present for the full speech Strike Commander version.

    Audio file extraction

Can anybody here recommend a good wave editor program that can read and extract a variety of audio files including raw sound files, like the audio files in WC2?

    Confed Uniforms?

WC4 did have eject pods. WC2 and WC3 had ejection seats, and WC1 had nothing except you in an airtight flight suit spinning through space.

    Fighter technology advancement WC1-WC2

They say in WC1 that Kilrathi outfitted the aft of their ships with weaker armour plating to make them face the enemy. Did this apply only to the Kilrathi capships, or to the fighters as well? Did this technique remain in the newer fighter and capship models?

Favorite Confed Particle Weapon. . .

I always found mass drivers to be quite reliable. They could make even a light fighter very deadly, and they had a reasonable range and good damage inflicting potential.

In one of WC2's Observation Deck scenarios, in between the first few missions of the game, Blair talks about how he's glad to be back in the cockpit after the Tiger's Claw incident. Then Jazz says some smart-ass comment like, 'So you're one for two now, eh, Maverick? Nothing wrong with batting...

Advantages of the K ha haf?

I doubt those sections would be invulnerable...they're probably very well-armoured with asteroid rock. I know I've had a lot of difficulty on some occasions punching through the rear, top, and bottom sections, but eventually I've gotten through, unless of course the K ha haf ditched a mine in my...

Advantages of the K ha haf?

The Kilrathi asteroid fighter from WC3 is described as a Heavy Asteroid Camouflage Fighter, yet in the mission where you disable the Kilrathi transports, my radar picked them up as easily as any other Kilrathi fighter. What advantages besides its heavy protection, weaponry, and mines did this...

Space sim games (SW Episode II Spoilers)

Do you find Gamma Wing annoying to defend all the time? You'd think they'd be loaded out with some sort of defensive turrets, so they could have at least a semblance of independency like the Broadsword...
