    Has Maniac family/kids?

Slapped down by two or three per carrier would be more realistic :D

/me kicks Wedge :P If 'copying' isn't a good idea, then nothing but Star Trek OS would be around. No, seriously, I like the idea of a parasitic race a few hundred years ahead of WC.

Yeh, but not all 'sports are civillian/personnel transports.

A collective like the Star Trek Borg or Stargate SG-1 Replicators would be hella-cool to see in Wing Commander. Perhaps in a time slightly after The Darkening. What the hell was 'The Darkening' anyway (No, I don't mean the obvious answer, 'Privateer 2').

    Has Maniac family/kids?

Supdon, At least, in most countries with respectable laws. However I highly doubt anything in this time would be much different.

    Kilrathi vs. Terran ship design...

You would be nuts if you sent a dummy through every jumppoint you hit. And wouldn't have the time if you were on the run. And if you knew the enemy were going to have time to send through a dummy, you wouldn't do it - or you'd be waiting and destroy them first.

    Has Maniac family/kids?

It was probably a bit like when Flanders and Homer get married in the Simpsons episode where they go to Vegas, get drunk, etc :P

    Happy Birthday!

Fortunately the 'sport that Maniac destroyed wasn't a vital one, like the ones that Blair seemed to end up escorting... lose the 'sport, lose the war kinda situations :)

I agree with LOAF, the original Star Wars (movies) had a general plot and storyline flowing between them... but the novels just seems to go off in all different directions, effectively leading nowhere. In the end they really all just end up with everything at the beginning how they were without...

    Confederation Ranks.

In case you haven't noticed LOAF, that's what's called leading you on... A few managed to take it as a joke as it was supposed to be... others unfortunately need a sense of humour. *sigh*

ROFL. Man LOAF, you need to calm down. Or just lose the grudge. It's really not like I give, to be completely honest I really don't care that I haven't read the books. Danm you guys are funny sometimes... carrying on about things thinking that it actually bothers me even slightly. Once...

    Favorite ad.

I always thought the simple WC3 poster was just danm awesome. I tried to get one from the local software store a few years ago when they were getting rid of all the old posters, but sadly there weren't any when I went to get one (these were going for $2 each :) ... so as a result, for the past...

    Changes?

No way. Low level code would take, at that scale, probably a week at most. Perhaps a month or a little over for perfection of code. Especially once the rest of the engine is already written.

Meson, upwards of $20 EACH is expensive. And when you're broke, anything more than about $2 is expensive :P Oh well, they're only books. I'll live :P

    Unusual editing request for help

QERadiant comes as part of the Quake Tools source. It takes a bit of learning, but then, I never managed to look at any kinds of 3D modelling stuff... If you've done any kind of 3D modelling, then it's relatively simple to get the hang of. QERadiant doesn't come with the game, but it's part...

    Has Maniac family/kids?

Oh, sure, Crossbones was fine, though that comment where he was saying 'Maniac would have finished it there and then' about Jazz, with a few others, was just wierd, since you would think most would have enough sense to disagree with the stupid ideas Maniac comes up with :) As for 'They...
