Ok, I have to ask, did you build a viewer that puts the layers together or did you just extract the layers and Photoshop them together? I've had fun doing the latter but if you have figured out how to do the former then I'm sure delMar will be vary grateful to find out how you did that.

delMar, I was working more on the phonetics and something struck me. I think the unknown values are the characters lips and facial expressions based on the character, foreground, and background. Something to test anyway. It would be funny to put Angels eyes and lips on the Colonel. LOL. Others...
