    Blair's change of heart . . .

I believe that in the WC4 novel, Blair states to Tolwyn that several "jeep" carriers could be constructed for the same money and or resource cost as a single Vesuvius class carrier. Actually, and I'm not entirely sure, but I believe someone has even made this same comment earlier in this thread...

    Size of the Behemoth?

I'm not trying to contradict anyone, just to get that out first. Wasn't there a spot in End Run where Thrakhath orders Kilrah's planetary shielding to be raised at the thought of damage to the homeworld? I don't have my copy of End Run here with me at school, so it's entirely possible that my...

Other races besids Kilrathi, Human, Nephillim, and Firekkans?

The Shari, as you call them, don't exist. The race that gave the Kilrathi jump technology has two names, due to two different books. One name given is the Shata, the other is the Utara, though I may be mispelling the last one. Please correct if I am. I don't have my novels at college with me...

    Bondarevski

Bondarevsky, at the time of WC3, was in command of the destroyer Coventry, which was a part of the Victory's force. At the Behemoth debacle, Coventry's bridge was hit and Bondarevsky lost one of his hands. From there, we next see him in False Colors, where he is a main character, if...

    Aces and Eights...

I don't think the ships started exploding after ejection until WC4, I can't remember. They did in WCP and SO. I know that they don't in WC3, I was just playing the other day and ejected on a few missions.. I just wanted another chance to blow up the Kat Dreadnought, so much fun. Iceheart

    Some more Forstchenizm

Ships in the WC universe use energy fields, called scoops, to gather in stray hydrogen atoms to be used as fuel. These energy fields prevent a ship from achieving the drastically high fields that Forstchen spoke of, as they are constantly being impacted by hydrogen atoms. However, with the...

    A false color question...

Yes indeed as in Ysanne. She was one of the most intriguing characters in the X-Wing series, especially in the 8th novel, Isard's Revenge.

    A false color question...

There are several WC Novels, though finding some of them may be rather difficult. The first, Freedom Flight, is set in the WC 1 era. The novel has several characters from the game and features the Firekkan people. End Run and Fleet Action are set in the WC 2 Era and feature Tolwyn, as well as...

    movie question

I realize it was a TV Pilot, I just recall thinking when I first viewed it that it seemed like a pilot, prior to that knowledge. The thing about different is that different doesn't equal quality. The movie was different from the cartoon and the comic books, certainly. It just wasn't done very...

    movie question

I always figured that the Gen-X movie was meant to be a lead in for a TV series. But, like a lot of movies that would serve in that manner (with the Journey to the Center of the Earth movie coming to mind), it didn't do it's job in presenting the story in the best manner. I thought that the...

    Dreadnougts

I've found that if you aim off center it's easier to take out the turrets on a Triton. Aiming slightly left or right of the ITTS reticle gives me a much higher rate of success.

    Where to find Orion stories?

I've been getting into reading the fan fiction lately. In many stories, I find reference to the TCS Orion, a Black Ops ship I'm guessing. I was wondering if anyone had a link for its story, or PBM? Oh, could you please point me to a working link for the King of the Mountain PBM? I went on Acenet...

    Secret Ops Registration

Well, thanks everyone. I kept trying, and it finally worked. I'm sorry for sounding rather pissed off, I was just frustrated. I just had that sudden urge to play Secret Ops again and I was frustrated when I couldn't.

    Secret Ops Registration

Alright. So let me check here... I've gone to the site, and gotten the same response again. An internal server error. The only other response has been a criticism. I accept that opinion, I've been less than thrilled with them at times as well, but it's just an opinion. Is there anything else...

    Secret Ops Registration

Thanks, I'll try the site again tonight. I had to re-format because that's what Gateway directed me to do after IE somehow corrupted Windows, which would no longer run. Plus, reinstalling Win95 didn't work at that point either, so all I was left with (or so they informed me) was to reformat.
