Admiral Nuragami was head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in 2668. He authorized the TCS Tarawa's probe into Hari space, despite this being a violation of the armistice.
He was killed along with five Admirals, seven Generals and 130 other key personnel when Ambassador Vak'ga detonated an explosive device at the meeting. |
