Sim City on the go sounds like fun to me.

I wasn't too interested until I clicked the link, being on the DS could give that game real potential, if ever there was a game suited to the stylus that was it.

There was a moderately successful GBA version of Sim City, so I can see a DS version selling.

Sim City on the GBA was published by the same publisher that did Prophecy Advance. It wasn't too bad, so a DS one could be really good.

The DS is IMO the only handheld/console even capable of creating a decent RTS. The stylus allows you to select units or in this case buildings, quite efficiently.

I thought the controls for the Genesis version of Dune 2 were very intuitive. It was a different experience, but I thought it worked very well.

They're making Settlers 2 DS too.
