At the Local commercial store in a bargain bin! so happy what i need to play it, played secret ops to death and worked without patches is this one the same? works straight out the box?
 
Aside from a video acceleration problem thats easily fixed, you shouldn't have a problem running it. If you check the Tech Support, theres a couple very simple ways to get around it.

To head the issue off at the pass, so to speak, if the stuttering video problem does occur, see this thread, in the Tech Support forum, for information about the problem and how to fix it.
