If you turn on the enclave radio station, you'll hear President Malcolm McDowell's monologues, and among the things he says is, and he makes a big buildup to it, "the price of freedom is eternal vigilance". I know it's an actual saying and all, but to hear Malcolm McDowell say it again made me think of Wing Commander IV.

Also it would be very cool if he made a reference in heroes(the way the story-arch is going now does suggest some sort of GE-program being used). From what I could see Malcolm plays some sort of character that only exists in other peoples heads?
