Hey guys,

Another problem arising which I didn't have in XP. Installed WC4 WIN95 VERSION/DVD VERSION and applied the patch. Now everything runs perfect apart from the parts where you have to choose a conversation path (e.g HELP HIM OUT or STRAIGHTEN HIM OUT). When it arrives at these points in the game, the paths don't appear, the video just freezes. If you get out of full screen mode they appear but after the path is chosen the game crashes. Tried all different patches and set the different levels in the dxmcia patch and the game is in win98 compatibility.

Any ideas?

Hey there guys,

Fixed it thanks to someone else's suggestion for another thread. If you come across this problem in Vista where the game crashes at various choice moments, just install the win2k patch and run in win2k compatibility.

Perfect, not a prob now :)
