Besides, if someone's not too good in their non-native language, there's nothing wrong with helping them learn, is there not? That way, he or she can improve, and eventually we'll all live happily ever after.

Or maybe not. :)
 
Hey! :) That's not fair! Good atmosphere doesn't depend of the language. I never had a problem with any fault somebody made. So that's a good atmosphere. ;)
