All of the videos I play whether in vgh or svgh mode are all compressed into a small strip at the top of the screen. I have not had problems with this issue before on the same machine. Any suggestions?

I don't think my problem is unique, maybe I did'nt make myself clear. All of the movies play normally and don't appear to be distorted except for the fact that it uses only 1/3rd of the screen. To my knowledge nothing has changed with my video card. It is a ati Mach 64 and as I said, the game has worked properly on this computer before. I've already looked on origins site and all of the online help guides finding nothing similar to the problem. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
 
1. Try running univbe.exe (available in the WC3 CD1) before playing the game or
2. Try running the game in Windows.
 
Run the installer again (wc3 -i) and look for a "alternate movie player" option. Should be somewhere near the movie test.
