Wing Commander 3 may be Incompatible with the PlayStation 2 (February 20, 2000)

Tomoyo Goto was kind enough to translate a recent bit of news from the Japanese "PlayStation Official Homepage." Scei.co.jp tested some 2600 PlayStation games for compatibility issues with the upcoming PlayStation 2. About fifteen were found to have various sorts of errors on the PS2. Unfortunately Wing Commander 3 appears to be one of these games. But that's what PS1's are for anyhow, and there are also a multitude of emulators, such as Bleem (according to the Bleem compatibility page, WC3/4 have "Not Yet" status).
