weird WC2 problem

Alright, WC2 Deluxe is up and running under DOS. The only problem is anytime I kill a kat, the damn game locks up. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 kills, but it always does it. I've reinstalled it a few times, didn't help. What's the problem and how can I fix it?

um...never mind actually. It seems to work if I disable to speech. Should be fine now.

Could you tell us which sound card you're using so we know what it is if this happens again?
