Didn't a similar case happen with the Vampire and the Panther?

The Panther's guns fired faster than the Vampires ones?

I think it happened because the Panther had 2 and the Vampire had 4 of the same type of gun, but I don't remember that well

I'm not new to WC but discovered this amazing site and its associated fan-projects just two months ago. Here are my pickings...

Looks department: Arrow, Devastator, Tarsus, and Galaxy.
Slayfest-office-of-choice: Wasp, UE's Banshee, and Standoff's Raptor for the tense gauntlet moments.
