wc3 for pc, only with 3D0 or psx clips

Has anyone done a patch/crack for the PC version of WC3 so that all the deleted scenes can be re-added?

I mean scenes with like Hobbes holo-message explaining his death, or the other scenes that are included with the PSX or 3D0 version of the game. (And while I'm asking, maybe replacements of the launch and newsbrief clips if those are higher quality in the PSX/3D0 versions).

I know the extra scenes are available in AVI format on www.wcnews.com, so hosting them isn't really neccessary. I'm looking more for a program-patch to add the scenes in by storing them on a 5th cd that I'll burn; or alternatively a conversion program to convert AVI to the WC3 version of FMV. I can do the conversions myself if someone can provide the patch and conversion program.

If this project has already been done by someone else, great, send me a link to their site. If not, and people are interested, I can mail you a copy, or find a site to host it on, if and when I complete this as a project.
