WC1 Ships in 2650?

Are all current WC1 ships out in 2650 ? With the expect for the Kilrathi Secret weapon 'Sivar'. I'm writing a Fan-Fic on the Bengal carrier TCS Washington and i wanted to know.The Stroy is entilted "Operation : Titan"

With the exception of the Rapier II (but not the Rapier I from the Movie), the Hhriss, the Fralthi, the Sivar, and the Snakeir (the non-movie one, that is), it's pretty safe to assume that they are.
