WC1 problem

In certain missions in WC1, after successfully completing (or even failing) a mission, when I request permission to land from the Claw, it clears me, and then it just won't land, no matter what I do. Anyone know a way to fix this (outside of ejecting)?

Hmm - are you facing the right direction? In the original Wing Commander, you had to be pointed directly in front of the 'Claw to engage the auto-landing. Fly around it until you can see the hangar line straight on... it's sort of like this: _||(-----)||_

And reduce your speed to something like 200kps or less.
