Silly person, waiting... there are a few things like this out there... the bigger ones being The Edge of Chaos (aka WCRPG) and The Blacklance HQ.

The biggest Wing Commander RP thing, members-wise, however, is the Aces by a large margin, though their active membership has shrunk quite a bit... They do PBMs, though, which isn't really the same deal.
