WC-Music... help needed

Here's my problem.

Last year I had a nice collection of mp3s including Wing Commander music from nearly all games.

And then disaster struck. Some physical error occurred causing the data virtually unrecoverable.

Lost many mp3s, video clips and savegames.

So far I've manage to get some WC mp3s, but I'm looking if anyone has some more. Like the 5th track of the WC4 Soundtrack. I checked out the BlackLance directory but it wasn't there.

Any help is appreciated.

Several of the tracks on the WC4 soundtrack were incorrectly labled. I found downloading "Black Lance Victory" was also a track previous on the score.

I'm sure someone has them though. I just can't find mine.

Audiogalaxy has loads of Wing Commander IV Mp3s available for download. Althought it's similar to Napster in that you have to wait for somebody to come online who actually has the track you want. Most of them are instantly available though.

You could possibly try winmx which is also similiar to napster.

That happened to me too. That's another reason why I got a CD writer: backup!

If you have a list of what's missing, I might be able to help you out. (Had a hard time hunting down everything during the recent blacklance.org move).

A List? Never really did but here's a short one I can still think off:

- Digital music of WC2 Observation Lounge tunes, such as Jazz's Storm Clouds and the like.
- Inflight themes (both WC1 & WC2)
- WC3 - Escort
- WC3 - Behemoth
- WC3 Endgame
- I had a track called WC3 Finale but it was a bit odd... unlike George Oldziey's digital orchestrations.
- Ever heard of a track called 'Wing Commander Space March, artist: David Arnold & Kevin Kiner?
- Cobalt60's Prophecy

Cobalt's Prophecy song can be found on the Prophecy OST. I assume that Kiner & Arnold track is on the WC Movie OST. For the other songs, hit Kazaa (light) or Audiogalaxy or someplace.

Do you have KS? You can get all KS music from WC1 and WC2 on the CD. Otherwise, there's the CIC's music section. There are also some tracks from the Origin CD, I have a list for WC1 and WC2. There's also one of the midgame music from Special Operations thanks to Mad Hatter.

Ever heard of a track called 'Wing Commander Space March, artist: David Arnold & Kevin Kiner?

David Arnold did a track called "Space March" for the James Bond compilation "Shaken & Stirred" along with Leftfield. It was released back in '97 on Warner Bros Records (Album 3984-20738-2)
