WC for Sega CD

Rear Admiral
Does anyone know if there are differences between the PC and the Sega CD version of Wing Commander?

Respectfully,

Back in the day (Hey, I remember the day, now!) we had no idea what to call Blair -- so everybody used something different. "Hotshot" in the SegaCD version, "Maverick" Armstrong in SWC... Carl "Prankster" LaFong in the official guide...

Yeah... I just got the guide from an eBayer, and... huh?

Where the hell did that name come from?

I also would like to point out that the book is no ordinary guide, it has lots of pages presenting the ORIGIN team that worked on WC, which is kind of cool and rare for a video game strategy guide...

Probably because the author and Chris Roberts had become friends... :)

At least "Bluehair" would seem reasonable.

Hotshot? Prankster?! These sound more applicable to Maniac!
