Voice of Melek

Shipgate

Rear Admiral
I was looking for some pictures of Melek when I found a site about Tim Curry saying that he did the voice for Melek in WC3? Is this true? Or does everyone already know that?

He couldn't go on working for the money oriented company.
He couldn't go on working for EA.
He couldn't go on having the corporation control their creative ideas and direction.

And so he left, and started his own game studio namely Digital Anvil.

And then DA became owned by Microsoft, who fit all of the above.

Some improvement...

I've never seen the movie, but why was it total rubbish compared to the games?

Maybe Roberts lost his touch somewhere down the way. :(

Reality called, it said it wanted you to stop picking on it.

Watch the movie before you get into a discussion about how good it was.

I hate that I actually have to explain this.

Chris Roberts' cameo line in Wing Commander IV had absolutely nothing to do with the fact that he left Origin *a year after the WCIV film shoot*.

The existence of linear time aside, he went on to work on at least two projects after Wing IV -- a Privateer sequel and Silverheart.

Well, I didn't imply that, I think. I just find the scene quite laughable, And it coincidently FITS with the rest of his life after that ;)

He simply didn't finish any of the games he started... the ones that got released were finished by other people.
