Oh, I agree, but it's a good device that's a hundred dollars cheaper than its closest competitor. Having used an HP Jornada 540 with its stylish black exterior and indestructable casing, I was a little wary of switching to the so-delicate-don't scratch-it chromeness of the Axim, but there's a price for sexiness, one I can't afford.
