Unknown Enemy is Great Game :)

Hi:

I downloaded Unknown Enemy last week, played the whole things and I must say you guys did a great job :). The only thing I wished for is a hint guide for your game because some missions I played 3 or 4 times to solve it. But overall a great game :).
 
VERY glad to hear you enjoyed it, can I ask if you heard about us from wcnews.com or somewhere else?

I saw it on WCNews around 4 months ago, then I saw that couple weeks agothat the full version was done so I desided to try it out :).
 
I personally liked the fact that the ship configurations made the game more challenging (at least to me). I found that when playing Secret Ops or Prophecy that missions were always fairly simple and you could waste away your missiles whenever you wanted and still be able to complete missions. I would never get too many missions there where I would come back with a severely banged up ship. In UE though, using your missiles strategically was a must. If you waste them all at the start those bombers that so often appear will kill the ships you are trying to protect. I also liked the length of most of the missions... (at first it was hard to get used to) you would need to be very careful with what you do because if you waste all your afterburner fuel, or bang up your ship you were likely to either die or loose an objective. I was very happy when UE finally came out and I can't wait for UE2 ^_^

Hmmm...I don't know. I found that Secret Ops on Nightmare you had to conserve missiles for the right time. I think you needed those missiles in UE because there was a lot of escorting and protecting cap ships and there is plenty of that in Secret Ops. But definitely agree that there was more need of strategic saving of missiles.

As for afterburners...as long as you've got autoslide it's like having infinite burners (if you're going in one direction, that is)

I agree. I always saved my missiles for either the Devil Rays or the bombers--anything that could take out a capship had to go down first, then I could kill everything else at my leisure.

Even at nightmare SO was very easy.....UE is a challenge yes :)
