No, it's not you. Wonder why all the Secret Ops people keep thinking that you should have read an ICIS document on the SS Blue Horizon? Yeah, so did we... so we went straight to the source. By which I mean we made something up: Apparently this fairly important ICIS document was never put up with the rest of the fiction, even through Captain Enoch and company mention it several times.
