I went to this website to try and get a download for the spec ops missions for Kilathi Saga:

but the links arent working when I click on them, is there another place I can get them?

Which server? There's three mirrors listed for each of the Kilrathi Saga addon packages.

If you click on it too many times too quickly, it'll reject you for attempting to open up simultaneous connections.
