Ships that the Pilgrims flew?

Does anyone know what ships the Pilgrims flew vs Confed? Just curious about that aspect of Wing Commander.

Did Pilgrim flew fighters, or did they just use big mighty capships?

The term 'flew' in the question implies that the original poster was asking about fighters. Naval warfare of that era involved using fighters for scouts, as interceptors and for space-to-ground strikes... the Pilgrims almost certainly used them in this capacity.
