Screenshots in KS

Does anybody else here have problems taking screenshots in Kilrathi Saga? No matter what screen capture program I use, the colours of screenshots I take from KS come out all screwy. Any suggestions on how to solve the problem?
 
Without seeing them it is hard to say, but did you try to invert the pictures in a graphic program?
