Rygannon Missing on Map Initally

After clearing the blockade and talking to the guy on Palan, you have to go to Rygannon to join the exploritory service.

However Rygannon does not show up on the map - It stops at Xyanti.

I managed to find out where to go by having a look on the internet for a map. When you visit Xyanti, Rygannon shows up on the nav map.

Unfortunatly I dont have a save file from there.
 
my rygannon is there, but nothing connects to it! :-/


also, KM-252 and Nexus are overlapping :-/
