According to Autograph Central, Hugh Quarshie, will send you can autograph if you send him a polite letter with a self-addressed stamped envelope for return. Quarshie played the Communications Officer Obutu in the Wing Commander Movie. You may also recall that last May we quoted Quarshie as saying the conditions surrounding the shoot in Luxembourg for the Wing Commander movie were "unpleasant." Thanks to Justin Bielawa.
