Um, I'm new here and am not sure if this is the right spot to spot this, but I'm sure someone will set me strait if it isnt' . Anyway, I recently saw a copy of Wing Commander The Kilrathi Saga on ebay and was wondering if it would be worth buying. I know it is an older game, so I don't even know if my computer, which has Windows XP can even play it. So, please give me your advise those who are wiser than I in the ways of WC :p !
 
Get it regardless, that's a valuable piece of software! :)
Seriously, if you can run Win XP well it should run it just fine, though with XP you may need a little tweaking but you can easily get help with that here.
It's worth it.
 
I play it on XP and it works great except for WC2. But that's just cause I need to get a joystick to play it.
 
It does have some minor problems, such as difficulty intercepting multiple simultaneous keyboard strokes. But as shipgate said, a joystick resolves that. It is one of the most valuable box sets of computer games out there.
