I just want to know if anyone has the adaptor and I was wondering if anyone knew if you had to pay for it at (like the service, not the hardware) or if you jsut plug in and play

as far i know, u have to pay for connectivity to the net, the rest is free, with the excpetion of a few games.

I have it. It's pretty much plug-and-play; you screw it into the back of your PS2 and then use a CD to install the drivers and set up the connection to your current ISP.

As for the ISP, all the ones listed are free-to-use except AOL, which is a service charge of, I believe, $15.

This thing is a must-have esp if you plan on buying SOCOM.
