Prophecy Hi Res movie patch not working.

I downloaded the hi res cut scenes and the patch to make them work in the game however the cut scenes are not working. When it cuts out to a cut scene the whole screen just goes black. I unzipped all the files the instructions said and placed them in the prophecy folder. Is there something I am missing?
