Privateer Problems

I've been playing Privateer for a while, and i've run into a serious problem. I've done 3 missions in a row, none of which i have recieved money for. What is going on?

Switch off invulnerability and unlimited ammo.

I don't have them on.

Damn. I really though I had it, there. If either of those are enabled, you will always "fail" missions, even if you haven't. You absolutely, absolutely sure?

I don't know what else it could be. Sorry :/

Were they patrol missions? If so, you have to make sure to get close enough to each designated nav point in order to complete a patrol; when you do, the nav points on your nav screen change color from a bright to a dulled red.
